  1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add some more orange juice. If it is too thin, add some ice cubes or more frozen fruit.
  3. The smoothie is equally good if you leave the sherbet out but not as tangy .
