Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients together
  2. Then in another bowl whisk milk, orange juice, orange zest, butter/oil and egg yolks
  3. Mix together with dry ingredients to form a smooth batter
  4. Next whisk egg whites gradually adding the sugar till stiff peaks form
  5. Carefully fold whipped egg whites in to batter then cook as you would any other pancake top with your favorite syrup and butter enjoy.....
