Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp almond syrup (available in the coffee section of most supermarkets, is used as a sweetener and flavor) or 2 tbsp amaretto

Directions:

  1. Cut peel and white pith from oranges.
  2. Working over bowl, cut between membranes to release orange segments.
  3. Add cranberries and almond syrup to bowl.
  4. Toss to combine.
  5. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 6 hours.
