Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 4 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, stir together the cocoa and sugar; add water.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Allow to boil for two minutes, still stirring.
  4. Add milk and orange peel and heat to serving temperature (Do NOT boil).
  5. Add vanilla and serve.
