Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Beat butter and sugar until soft and fluffy. Add egg, zest and vanilla extract.
  3. 3. Stir together flour, soda, powder, and salt. Add to the butter mixture and combine. Stir in chips.
  4. 4. Roll the mixture into balls by the tablespoon (I made mine a bit larger). Use your fingers to press slightly onto cookie sheet. Place 2-3 in apart. Bake in preheated oven about 9 - 11 minutes.
