Ingredients:

  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 cup plus 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover, and chill at least 1 hour before serving. Yield: about 1 1/2 cups.
