Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 lb) rump steak or 1 (3 lb) chuck roast
  • 1 (2 oz) package lipton's dry onion soup mix

Directions:

  1. Place beef roast on a large sheet of foil. Sprinkle 1 package of Lipton's onion soup mix over the meat. Sprinkle roast with a dash of garlic powder. Seal foil.
  2. Place in a large pan and bake for 3 hours at 300°F Or until tender (or bake at 200 f for 8 to 9 hours, depending on the size of the roast).
