Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • onion rings

Directions:

  1. Add milk to beaten egg.
  2. Stir in dry ingredients.
  3. Dip onion rings into batter.
  4. Heat oil in skillet.
  5. Deep fry rings until golden brown on both sides.
