Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp vegemite
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

Directions:

  1. Heat a little oil in a frypan and saute onion until browned a little and cooked through.
  2. Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in combined remaining ingredients and heat until thickened stirring constantly.
