Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash wild rice in cool water and put in a pot with 4 cups water. Bring to a boil then let simmer for about 40 min until wild rice is tender.
  2. Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces and fry in a large pot.
  3. When bacon is cook remove excess fat but leave approx 2 tablespoons Add onions and mushrooms.
  4. Add ground beef and garlic to bacon mixture and cook thouroughly.
  5. Add a couple of dashes worcestershire sauce.
  6. Add cooked wild rice to the mixture and slowly add the cheese mixing well.
