One Pot Wild Rice Casserole

a hearty meal that's easy to make
Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked wild rice
1 lb bacon
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 1/2-2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cups grated cheese, i like to use marble cheese
2 garlic cloves
worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. wash wild rice in cool water and put in a pot with 4 cups water. Bring to a boil then let simmer for about 40 min until wild rice is tender.
2. cut bacon into 1 inch pieces and fry in a large pot.
3. when bacon is cook remove excess fat but leave approx 2 tablespoons Add onions and mushrooms.
4. Add ground beef and garlic to bacon mixture and cook thouroughly.
5. add a couple of dashes worcestershire sauce.
6. Add cooked wild rice to the mixture and slowly add the cheese mixing well.
