Ingredients:

  • 1 liter milk
  • 8 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp margarine or 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Bring milk to the boil.
  2. Add flour and salt, stirring constantly.
  3. Add margarine.
  4. Cook until thick (LIKE WHITE SAUCE).
  5. Take of stove,whisk for one minute while adding cinnamon and sugar to taste.
  6. Dish up and enjoy.
  7. PS: Keep some for second helpings, you'll need to.
