Directions:

  1. Use your hands to mix all ingredients really well, then roll into 1 or 2 cheese balls.
  2. Roll into chopped nuts, covering completely.
  3. Wrap in Saran wrap and refrigerate (overnight is best) until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with your favorite veggies and crackers.
