Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream cheese and butter.
  2. Add flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Stir in pecans.
  5. Flour hands and shape into 2 rolls, 1 in diameter.
  6. Wrap in wax paper and chill overnight.
  7. Preheat oven to 350.
  8. Slice thin and bake for 10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  9. Cool.
  10. Makes 70.
