Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray 13x9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  4. Drain; rinse with cool water.
  5. Let pasta dry on paper towels.
  6. For filling, in medium bowl, stir together 3 C mozarella with the ricotta and fresh basil.
  7. Using a teaspoon, carefully stuff pasta shells with prepared cheese mixture.
  8. Spoon 2 C spaghetti sauce into prepared baking dish.
  9. Arrange stuffed pasta over sauce.
  10. Pour remaining sauce over top of pasta.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining mozarella.
  12. Bake manicotti for 15 minutes.
  13. Sprinkle with the parmesan; bake for 10 minutes longer.
  14. Serve immediately.
