Directions:

  1. Combine the first 9 ingredients in a big bowl; toss gently.
  2. Fold in mayonnaise; taste and adjust with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and chill 2 hours or until well chilled.
  4. Spoon into a serving dish; sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Garnish with parsley and tomatoes.
