Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. If you're not using leftover chicken the first thing you'll want to do is cook your chicken. It's not in the ingredient list but I like to cook my chicken in a mixture of parsley, sage and cinnamon. Once it's done cooking set it aside to cool.
  2. 2. Boil your eggs! Remember to leave about 2 inches of water over your eggs. Now while they boil get to cutting those fruits and vegetables!
  3. 3. In a medium to large mixing bowl combine ingredients:
  4. -grapes
  5. -apples
  6. -lemon juice
  7. 4. Mix thoroughly and add the following:
  8. -celery
  9. -onion
  10. -chicken (shred with fork prior)
  11. 5. Add relish and miracle whip/salad dressing and mix well and last but not least add eggs and walnuts!
  12. 6. Chill and enjoy!
