Directions:

  1. Spread okra in a greased casserole.
  2. Cover with oil, tomatoes, onion. green peppers, and seasoning.
  3. Cover loosely with foil.
  4. Bake at 400* for 1 hour or until tender.
  5. Uncover.
  6. Top with crumbs.
  7. Bake for another 15 min or until crumbs are lightly browned.
