Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a 1-quart jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the first five ingredients.
  2. Add water, vinegar and garlic; shake until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add oil; shake well.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
  5. Just before serving, remove garlic from the dressing. Drizzle over salad greens and red cabbage.
