Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together oatmeal cookie mix, chopped walnuts and flour. Stir in butter to form stiff dough.
  2. Shape a heaping tablespoon of dough around chocolate caramel square and arrange on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet- 2-inches apart.
  3. Press a walnut half onto each cookie.
  4. Bake in the center of a 350F oven until light golden, 8-10 minutes.
  5. Let cool for 1 minute before transferring to rack to let cool completely. Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days, Freeze for up to 1 month.
