Directions:

  1. Saute onion, mushrooms& garlic in a bit of the broth, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in oats, broth, tomatoes& tomato sauce.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Season and stir in milk.
