Ingredients:

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup four
  • 1 tsp bakng soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup nuts chopped

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine and 2 sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat in. Add flour, baking soda and salt and beat in. Stir in the oatmeal and chopped nuts until mixed. Using waxed paper, shape into rolls. Chill.
  2. Slice and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on cooling rack.
