Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup coconut
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean (approximately 45 minutes).
