Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp melted oleo
  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
  2. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or till set.
  3. This tastes like pecan pie.
