Caramel Golden No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup coconut (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In saucepan, mix sugar, milk, and butter.
  2. Boil for one minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper and let sit for 5-10 minutes or until firm.
