Oatmeal Pecan Choco-Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (mini)
  • 1/3 cup pecans (bits)

Directions:

  1. Beat butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla until creamy, stir in water. Sift flour, baking soda and salt. Add. Add oats, chips, and pecan pieces. Drop from teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes.
