Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in saucepan, remove from heat and add flour and salt and then milk, stirring all the time.
  2. Then add grated cheese.
  3. Cut cooked potatoes and put into an ovenproof dish.
  4. Sprinkle over bacon, onion and roughly chopped eggs.
  5. Pour cheese sauce over all and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  6. Put into 350F degrees oven and cook for 30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley.
