Nutty Broccoli Spread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli either on the stovetop or microwave then drain well.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Place broccoli, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and basil in food processor or blender; process until ingredients are mixed (do not overmix). Add walnuts; process 3 to 5 seconds.
  4. Split garlic bread lengthwise.
  5. Spread broccoli mixture evenly over the bread.
  6. Bake 10-15 minutes or until bread is toasted and broccoli is heated through.
  7. Cut bread into slices and serve hot.
