Nutella-banana Filled Orange French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of cinnamon bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 stick of butter
  • syrup of your liking ( i ate mine with sugar-free blueberry syrup)

Directions:

  1. Generously spread one side of two sliced cinnamon bread with Nutella.
  2. On 1 of the sliced bread with Nutella, lay cut bananas on top of the side with Nutella. Cover it with the other bread with Nutella. Nutella side in. Set aside & do the same thing to the remaining 2 slices of cinnamon.
  3. Meanwhile, beat together eggs, orange juice, & milk.
  4. Dip both sides of banana-filled sandwiches with egg-milk-juice mixture.
  5. Heat some canola oil with butter on a frying pan. When hot enough, fry each sandwiches on it.
  6. Serve with blueberry syrup or any syrup of your choice.
