Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 cups bisquick
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan, 9x5x3-inches. Mix sugar, egg, milk and bisquick. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Batter may still be slightly lumpy. Stir in nuts.
  2. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45-50 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. (Crack in top is typical). Cool before slicing.
