Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Measure flour using pasta machine measuring cup. place flour in pasta machine. turn on mix. add water egg mixture according to pasta machine measuring cup. mix until pea sized balls are present. Add additional flour as needed. turn to extrude and cut lengths of desired pasta shapes. Place desired amount of pasta into boiling salted water cook approx 5 - 8 minutes. drain and serve with favorite sauce.
