Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pat ground lamb, scallions and seasoning into patties.
  2. Fry over medium heat.
  3. Spread Tsatsiki sauce bottom of half of the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle lightly with Feta cheese.
  5. Place Patty on bottom bun.
  6. Layer onion, tomato, Feta, Spinach and Tsatsiki sauce.
  7. Place on the top and enjoy.
