Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil pasta til cooked.
  2. Cut ham & cheese into 1/2 cubes.
  3. De-seed and dice cucumber.
  4. Finely dice jalapeño & onion.
  5. Once pasta is cool, combine all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes or overnight.
  6. You can use more or less olive oil depending on personal preference. this is a very flavorful dish without a heavy sauce.
