Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together the first five ingredients.
  2. Spray a skillet (I use a griddle) with cooking spray and put it on a med.
  3. Setting (or med.-hi setting, you be the judge.) Pour the batter and just when it starts to bubble start putting on a few banana slices, however many you like.
  4. (At this point the pancake will take on a funky shape due to the weight of the bananas. But remember: It's the taste that matters the most!) Carefully (and this is slightly difficult) flip the pancake and let it cook until you can see that it's done.
  5. Put a little butter on top and syrup and you've got one heck of a pancake!
  6. (I use fat-free butter spray and sugar-free syrup).
