Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 400°F.
  2. Lightly grease a 8x13 pan, set aside.
  3. With a spatula, blend Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into the greased baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 13 minutes.
  6. Take pan out of oven.
  7. Brush top of cake with melted butter.
  8. Broil at 350°F for 2-3 minutes until top is golden brown.
  9. Leave oven door slightly open while broiling.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool.
