Ingredients:

  • 1 (4 oz) can mushrooms
  • 1 (4 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 package frozen spinach
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Saute ground turkey, drain, add onion flakes and all seasonings, tomato sauce, and mushrooms simmer.
  2. Squeeze dry spinach, mix with cottage cheese.
  3. Alternate layers with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
