Non-Dairy Chocolate Mousse (Raw)

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup cacao, powder
  • 1 tbsp carob powder
  • 1/2 cup raw honey or 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp sunflower lecithin powder (you can use psyllium husks but it will have to set in the freezer and stay there or else it won'tsp ho)

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients except the last two in high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Add sunflower (NOT SOY) lecithin and coconut oil and blend some more.
