No-Knead Bread with Almonds & Cranberries

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp table salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 18 servings

Directions:

  1. Whisk flour, yeast, salt, almonds and cranberries
  2. Add water, beer and vinegar to form a shaggy ball
  3. Cover bowl, sit at room temperature for 8 to 18 hours
  4. Knead 14 times
  5. Transfer to parchment lined skillet and let rise for 2 hours
  6. Bake in preheated dutch oven for 30 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered.
  7. 425 degrees
