No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups rolled oats

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, butter, salt, milk & cocoa. Mix well in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil, stir continually. Boil for 1 minute, stirring continually.
  3. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanut butter. Mix.
  4. Add rolled oats. Mix well.
  5. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool.
