No Bake Coconut Chocolate Macaroons

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup and 2 tblsp. milk
  • 8 tblsp. cocoa
  • 2 cups oatmeal

Directions:

  1. -in a pot, combine first 4 ingresients and bring to a boil stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
  2. -remove pot from heat and stir in last 2 ingredients, untilt everything is evenly coated.
  3. -drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper lined cookie sheet.
  4. -let cool at room temperature for about 5 minutes and chill and fridge until ready to serve.
  5. -eat as a snack or dessert. makes about 2 (or 1 or 3-depending on how big/small you make them) dozen macaroons.
  6. -enjoy!
