No Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 11 oz soften cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 3 package of lady fingers
  • preserve of your choice

Directions:

  1. Whip heavy cream and set aside
  2. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla along with your choice of liquor (my favorite is Raspberry)
  3. Mix all together
  4. Fold in whipped heavy cream
  5. Apply lady fingers to side of spring form pan and bottom
  6. Spoon some Comstock to bottom and side (this will fill in any spaces between lady fingers)
  7. Add half of cheese mixture
  8. Put holes in cheese mixture and add warm preserve and swirl around
  9. Add another layer of lady fingers
  10. Spread more Comstock
  11. Add rest of cheese mixture
  12. Repeat preserve into holes & swirl
  13. Refrigerate overnight
  14. If you want to save some Comstock for presentation when serving
