Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare all ingredients b4 cooking
  2. Place large pot on heat,
  3. Add water
  4. Add onions, garlic, pepper, chicken (or any meats or fish of choice), palm oil & crab
  5. Crumble in stock cube
  6. Add ground dry shrimp (crayfish)
  7. Add either precooked shrimp and/or dried large red shrimp
  8. Cover let simmer for 30 min
  9. Add chopped okra and mushrooms cover let simmer on low/medium heat for 10 mins
  10. Add spinach cover simmer for 5 mins
