Nat's Spicy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/3-1/2 cup dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix mustard& vinegar in a small bowl.
  2. Cover and let stand at room temperature overnight.
  3. Next day, put mixture in a saucepan, add egg and sugar.
  4. Simmer on low heat until it thickens.
  5. When cool, put in covered container and keep in fridge.
