Nanny's spinach casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook spinach and drain; place in mixing bowl.
  2. In sauce pan on low heat melt cream cheese and soup.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add the can of fried onions.
  5. Pour mixture over spinach and mix well.
  6. Transfer to baking dish.
  7. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter until moist but not soggy.
  8. Spread over casserole.
  9. Bake at 350 until top is brown and casserole is bubbly about 20 minutes.
