Nancys Easy Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 10 oz to 12 oz or a bit larger can of artichokes in water ( not in marinade )
  • 1 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese ( buy the kind in containers at the deli section )
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Drain arichokes
  2. Chop into pieces.
  3. Simple mix the artichokes, cheese and mayo all together.
  4. Place in a small caserole dish
  5. Bake uncovered until hot andbubbly about 30 minutes
