Ingredients:

  • 150 g butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt butter, golden syrup and brown sugar.
  3. Add to dry ingredients.
  4. Mix well and press into greased swiss roll tray.
  5. Bake at for 15-20 minutes.
  6. While hot spread caramel icing over and cut while warm.
  7. Caramel icing:.
  8. In a pot melt brown sugar, milk and butter, then bring to boil.
  9. Beat with wooden spoon till thickens and pour over cake immediately.
