My Mother-in-laws Pound Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb imperial margarine (my mother-in-law insists that this brand is the very best to use so i believe her!)
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease a Bundt pan (or spirngform)
  3. Mix margarine and sugar
  4. Add cake flour
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition
  6. Add vanilla
  7. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until done.
