My Moms No-roll Pie Crust

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Mix together flour, sugar, salt.
  2. Make a well in the centre
  3. Mix together oil & milk, pour into hole and stir with a fork.
  4. Pat into pan, saving some crumble to put on top of the pie.
