My Favorite Fudge

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare 9x13 pan by lining with aluminum foil , bringing it up the sides of the pan
  2. Unwrap dove pieces
  3. Place sugar, butter, half and half and salt in large heavy pan.
  4. On medium heat gently bring to a hard boil stirring all the time
  5. Boil for 4 minutes stirring all the time to prevent scorching
  6. Turn off heat and add chocolate and marshmallow cream
  7. Let stand five minutes to melt the chocolate
  8. Add vanilla and stir til completely blended. A
  9. Add pecans and stir in
  10. Pour into prepared pan
  11. Cool completely
  12. Remove from pan and cut into one inch squares
  13. Makes about 5 lbs fudge
  14. I wrap mine individually in waxed paper and store in a jar with a lid. Keeps for a long time if someone doesn't eat them all.
