Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 200 C.
  2. Cut sausages into large chunks with sharp scissors.
  3. Place onion, sage leaves and apple into a bowl.
  4. Drizzle with a little of oil, toss well.
  5. Unroll pastry onto large flat baking sheet.
  6. With a sharp knife, score a border inside the pastry about a thumbwidth.
  7. Spread pastry with mustard, keeping within the border.
  8. Scatter over sausage chunks and onion mix.
  9. Season to your taste, bake 25- 35 minutes till sausage cooked and pastry edges are puffed and golden.
